Seperation-Ashni Thakor

One bright summer day, Theodore sat in his room working on some homework.

Considering that he is only four years old, its very bizarre that he would be doing homework at such a young age.

Theodore is very bright, actually he is a genius, and Theodore has an estimated IQ of 500. No human to this date has had a IQ that high.

The bitter part was that young Theodore just wanted to be a normal boy. He longed to play with the neighborhood kids and to chase after

the ice cream truck every now and then, but his mother wanted him to be sophisticated and act like a young adult. Well come on, he was

only four! His mother was soon to be married to Rufus, Theodore’s evil stepfather. Rufus was very jealous of Theodore’s intelligence and

he wanted to get rid of Theodore, for good. The thing that sucked for Theodore was that Rufus was moving in today, his life was over and

he knew it. Suddenly the front doors busted open and Theodore heard the most dreadful voice “Hey Honey, all my things are coming so

start making some room.” Then Rufus peered through the crack in Theodore’s door and gave him an evil glare. Since Theodore’s mother

was busy making some space for Rufus upstairs, it was only Theodore and Rufus downstairs. Rufus slowly approached Theodore’s

bedroom as if he was searching for prey, as he stood in the door frame Rufus exclaimed “ Hello son, your going to listen to me clearly, you

are going to pretend as if you ran away from home and say that you couldn’t take it anymore that your mom was putting too much pressure

on you and that she shouldn’t come looking for you because she won’t find you. If you don’t follow these simple instructions I will kill your

mother along with you, it is your choice.” Theodore started to weep as he walked out the door slowly without looking back.
